A MESSAGE OF GRATITUDE
Every lesson taught, every student encouraged, and every family supported has become part of your legacy.
Your next chapter deserves the same thought, care, and preparation you have given to so many others.

A Personal Message From Our Founder
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, families, businesses, and organizations from many different backgrounds. Few experiences, however, have affected me as deeply as the conversations I have had with educators.
Educators give so much of themselves. They invest their time, patience, energy, and hearts into preparing others for the future. Yet many have never received that same level of personalized attention when preparing for their own.
I have spoken with dedicated educators who did not fully understand their paychecks, pension statements, retirement accounts, tax elections, or employee benefits. Some had accumulated several accounts over the years without knowing how those accounts worked together. Others did not know how much income they might actually have in retirement—or whether it would be enough.
Many had never been clearly shown the range of strategies that might be available to them. Some did not understand how their money was invested, how much market risk they were carrying, what fees they were paying, or whether tax-advantaged and protection-oriented strategies had ever been considered.
That is heartbreaking to me.
Not because educators should be expected to become financial experts, but because they deserve the opportunity to understand the decisions affecting their lives.
They deserve patient explanations. They deserve to ask questions without embarrassment. They deserve information presented in language they can understand. Most importantly, they deserve to feel heard before anyone begins discussing a strategy or solution.
Faculty Services exists because I believe educators should receive the same care, preparation, and thoughtful guidance that they have spent their careers giving to others.
It is a privilege to serve those who have served so many.
With gratitude,
